I have been practising law since my admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in March 1986. I am also a Registered Migration Agent and have been practising immigration law since 1996.

During the period between 1996 to 2015, I also had various short term contracts as a legal officer with the West Australian Department of Transport as well as the Fisheries Department.

I have extensive experience working in a range of legal settings, including running my own practice, small and large commercial firms (Phillips Fox), government agencies (ASIC, Department of Transport and Fisheries Department) as well as Legal Aid Commission of WA.

In my current role, I provide advice and assistance to clients, namely visa applications, visa cancellations and appeals.

].am also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.

Volunteer Experiences & Causes
- I am a member of the Law Access Limited's Pro Bono Stakeholder Advisory Committee. Law Access is a not-for-profit organisation that coordinates the giving of pro bono legal assistance by the Western Australian legal profession. The service is targeted at not-for-profits and individuals in genuine need of legal assistance who satisfy a means and merits test.

I am also a member of the MIA WA Branch Committee. The Migration Institute of Australia was established in 1992 and is the peak membership organisation representing Registered Migration Agents. It is represented in all States and Territories in Australia and has an overseas chapter based in London. Its membership comprises of, Australia’s most eminent registered migration agents and migration lawyers both in Australia and internationally.

Financial Supporter of Adopt a School, Bali Program since 2002. AdoptASchool actively promotes partnerships between sister schools and their communities in Bali and Western Australia, to enrich and support the educational environment for students and educators.
