Peter Quinlan SC is a barrister practising from Francis Burt Chambers in Perth. His practice areas include administrative law, constitutional law and general commercial litigation. He was appointed silk in 2010, and is currently President of the WA Bar Association. 
Taylor Swift  is a singer-songwriter and American sweetheart.  While at first blush her lyrics strike no obvious chord with the fundamental ethical obligations, a closer analysis reveals much for the legal professional to reflect upon...
